- １冊１４×２０ｃｍ江戸幕府が定めた裁判のための基本法令集を写したもの。１０４条から成り、それぞれに判例が示されている。裏表紙に「井上豊栄写」とあり、本書は井上豊栄が写した写本と考えられる。寛保２年（１７４２）に一応の完成を見た「公事方御定書」上・下２巻は老中松平左近将監乗邑を中心にまとめられ、評定所で評議を行なう寺社・町・勘定の３奉行以外の者には閲覧が禁止されていた。上巻は８１条、下巻は１０３条から成り、下巻は「御定書百箇条」と呼ばれた。本書の巻末に、寛保２年（１７４２）「松平右近将監」の名（松平左近将監を写し間違えたものか）で「奉行連中のほか他見有るべからず」とあるところから、本書は「公事方御定書」の下巻（「御定書百箇条」）の写本と推測され、「公秘録」と題する表題は公儀の秘密法典を記録した意味と考えられる。（文責：岡山県立図書館）〔製作年不明〕
