Note (General): 要旨：超高齢社会の我が国では、現状でも介護人材確保が厳しく、介護職員の心身への負担はますます過重になっていく。そのため、介護職員への心身への負担軽減を図らない限り介護人材確保は困難を極める。また、介護保険の改正により介護ロボットが加算要件に追加されるなどの動きもあり、介護施設での介護ロボット等の有効活用は必須になるであろう。しかし、介護ロボット導入には多くの行程があり、介護施設が単独で短期間で導入活用に向き合い、成果を上げることは困難であり、上手く活用できず労働環境の改善には至っていないケースも見受けられる。本研究では介護職員の身体的負担軽減を目的に導入した介護ロボット等について、山梨県内の高齢者介護施設の現状把握や、県外の導入動向の把握、各地への視察等から、介護ロボット導入に関する取り組み動向を把握した。これらの結果から、介護施設が介護ロボット導入時に求められる取り組みに関する提案をまとめる。
