• Note (General): 本論文では「成長期における運動経験が若年女性の超音波骨量指標に及ぼす影響」を検討した。 第Ⅰ章 本研究の背景および目的を記述した。骨粗鬆症予防における成長期から成人期をとおして運動習慣を維持することの重要性を述べ、若年女性における運動習慣と骨量変化の関連についての問題点を挙げ、本研究の目的について記述した。 第Ⅱ章 骨粗鬆症に関する専門用語「骨量測定法」、「最大骨量」、「骨粗鬆症影響因子」、「骨代謝」、「骨代謝マーカー」について解説し、併せて本研究の方法を述べた。 第Ⅲ章 「若年女性の超音波骨量指標に及ぼす成長期における運動経験の影響」を横断的に検討した。被験者は女子大学生308名(20.28±1.02歳)とした。18歳、19歳では超音波骨量指標が有意に高く、経年的に低値を示した(p<0.05)。成長期の運動経験により運動経験無群と有群に分け検討した結果、経験無群は年齢間に有意差は認められなかった。経験有群では18、19歳の骨量が高く、年齢が上がるにつれ低値を示し、経験無群と同程度を示した。骨代謝マーカー(DPD)は運動経験による差は無く、18、19歳はDPDが高値を示し、年齢が上がるにつれ低値を示した。 第Ⅳ章 「若年女性の超音波骨量指標変化に及ぼす成長期における運動経験の影響」を縦断的に検討した。被験者は女子大学生134名(19.22±0.29歳)とした。成長期における運動経験により2群に分け検討した結果、運動経験無群は骨量指標に変化なく、経験有群は有意に低下を示した。成長期における運動経験群をさらに、大学入学後の運動習慣有無により分け、4群で骨量指標変化を検討した。その結果、成長期に運動経験があり、大学入学後に運動習慣を喪失した群は骨量が低下したことから、大学生における運動習慣の有効性が認められた。 第Ⅴ章 「若年女性における自重負荷トレーニングが超音波骨量変化に及ぼす影響」では介入検討をおこなった。被験者は第Ⅳ章にて3年間骨量測定に参加した69名(21.20±0.30歳)とした。運動群(n=26)には6ヶ月間、自重負荷トレーニングとして腹筋、背筋、スクワットを10回1セット、毎日2セットを負荷した。トレーニング前後で対照群は骨量指標が有意に低下(p<0.001)を示したが、運動群は低下が認められなかったことから、自重負荷レベルで骨量維持の可能性が示唆された。 第Ⅵ章 総括を行い、今後の課題を記述した。大学入学後の運動習慣継続者に関する検討が必要である。また、運動負荷期間を延長して検討する必要があることを述べた。; To prevent osteoporosis, maintenance of the perk bone mass (PBM) is important, and exercise is beneficial for this. However, in recent years, a decrease in the daily physical activities of young females has become a concern. Therefore, we performed a longitudinal study of the influences of exercise habits in the past and in college on changes in the bone mass of female college students. The height, weight, body fat percentage (TANITA, TBF102), bone mass parameters (quantitative ultrasound, A-1000 EXPRESS, Lunar Co., USA), and urinary deoxypyridinoline (DPD) were measured, and their previous and present exercise habits were examined. In cross-sectional study, the subject were 308 female college students aged 20.28± 1.02 years. As a result, the calcaneus bone mass in aged 18-19 was the highest overall. Bone mass value was higher in the group with than in that without past exercise habit in aged 18-19. In aged 20-22, bone mass value was not significant in the group with and without past exercise habit. In longitudinal study, the subjects were 134 female college students aged 19.22±0.29 years on baseline. As a result, the calcaneus bone mass value was higher in the group with than in that without past exercise habits in the first investigation year and after 1 and 2 years (p<0.01, 0.01, and 0.05, respectively). Concerning changes in bone mass, a significant decrease was observed in the group with past exercise habits (p<0.001). However, students with exercise habits both in the past and after entering college showed the maintenance of Stiffness. These results suggest the usefulness of exercise for maintaining bone mass. In intervention study, the influence of self-weight exercise on changes in the bone mass was evaluated in female college students. The subjects were 69 female college students aged 21.20±0.30 years. They were assigned to an exercise intervention (Ex, n=26) or control (C, n=43) group according to their requests. Group Ex showed no differences in the bone mass or DPD after the intervention. Group C, on the other hand, showed a significant decrease in the bone mass (p<0.01) and an increase in DPD (p<0.01) after the intervention.Based on these findings, it was suggested that the bone mass can be possibly maintained through self-weight exercise.; 2011
