2007年度～2008年度科学研究費補助金（若手研究(B)）研究成果報告書
研究概要：自己免疫疾患を対象とした抗原特異的免疫寛容誘導型の治療用ワクチンの開発を行った。本研究では、そのワクチンの免疫原性を向上させるため、コレラ毒素B 鎖蛋白質（CTB）との融合発現させることで、免疫寛容誘導効率を向上させることを計画した。その成果として一部生理活\n性を持った融合タンパク質を得ることに成功したが、水溶性の融合蛋白質そのものを単に経口\n投与することでは、効果が低いことが判明した。よって、現在、融合蛋白質を経口投与可能な\nデリバリー系に乗せることで機能向上させる技術に着目して研究を進めている。
