• Note (General): 科研費番号: 08670444; 平成8年度～平成9年度科学研究費補助金(基盤研究C)研究成果報告書; 健康な一般乳児30例を対象として、前方視的に生後1～2ヵ月と2～6ヵ月の2回、健康調査と咽頭常在菌の検査を実施した。コロニーの形態、グラム染色、カタラーゼテスト、オキシダーゼテスト、コアグラーゼテストおよび高層培養によりα-Streptococcus、γ- Streptococcus、Staphylococcus、Micrococcus、Neisseria speciesに分類した。病原菌については各コロニーの増菌培養の後にキットを用いてS.pneumoniae、H.influenzac、 Saurcus Spyogens、M.catarrhalisを同定した。結果は、下記の通りであった。 (1)α-Streptococcusの検出頻度は、母乳、混合、人工群の全例で初回、2回目ともに100%であった。γ-Streptococcusの検出頻度は、母乳群が初回68.8%、2回目75.0%、混合群は初回、2回目ともに75.0%、人工群は初回80.0%、2回目40.0%であり、栄養法別に一定の傾向はみられなかった。 (2)Neisseria speciesの検出頻度は、母乳群が初回、2回目ともに12.5%、混合群は初回50.0%、2回目0.0%、人工群は初回、2回目ともに20.0%となっており、栄養法別に差がみられ、母乳群で最も少なかった。 (3)Coagulase Positive Staphylococcusの検出頻度は、栄養法により差がみられ、母乳群で最も高くなっていた。以上の結果より、乳児の咽頭常在歯は栄養法により差のあることが示された。その理由として、母乳の組成や母乳中の免疫物質の関与が考えられる。母乳栄養児の咽頭常在歯叢は、母乳中の免疫物質とともに病原菌の侵入を防ぎ、呼吸器感染症の発生を阻止しているものと考えられる。; 研究概要：We investigated the throat microflora of 30 healthy infants at the age of 1-2 months and 2-6 months. Alpha haemolytic Streptococcus, Gamma Streptococcus, Neisseria species, amd Staphylococcus were identified is by gram stain, morphology and type of haemolytis on blood agar. S.pneumonia, S.aureus, H.influenzae, M.catarrhalis were identified by optohin test, coagulase test and API NH,respectively. (1)The incidence of the Alpha haemolytic Streptococcus was 100 percent in first and second cultures of all infants regardless the method of feeding. There was not specific tendency of the incidence of Gamma Streptococcus. (2)The incidence of Neisseia species was lower in breast fed infants (first 12.5%, second 12.5%) relative to mixed-fed infants (first 50.0%, second 0.0%) and formula fed infants (first 20.0%, second 20.0%). (3)The incidence of Coagulase Positive Staphylococcus was the highest in breastfed infants. These results suggests that these are differences in the throat microflora among infants with different feeding methods. Human breast milk might be efficacious in establishing the normal throat microflora which prevents the growth of pathogenic bacteria.; 研究報告書
