研究概要：コンクリート中の塩分などによって鉄筋や鉄骨などの鋼材が腐食したRC部材やSRC部材の耐久性が、近年社会問題となっている。そこで本研究においては、鋼材の腐食によるコンクリートのひび割れ、鋼材とコンクリートの間の付着力の低下、鋼材の断面積の減少などが生じたRC部材の力学的性状を実験的に把握し、その劣化の状況を検討することを目的とした。実験は、電食により三段階に鋼材を腐食させたRC試験体に、繰り返しせん断力を載荷する方法で行った。その結果、以下のことが明らかになった。 (1)鉄筋に錆が生じてもとの断面が1％前後減少したところでコンクリートにひび割れが生じる。この段階ではまだその力学的性状は健全な試験体に比べてそれほど劣化していない。 (2)本研究では断面の減少率を5％前後まで腐食させたが、この腐食の段階でも部材角で1%程度までは耐力の劣化はそれほどみられなかった。しかしながら、繰り返し載荷によって鋼材の腐食の影響があらわれ、繰り返し回数が増えると荷重の最大値の低下が腐食しているほど急激になる。 (3)部材角が2％、3％などの大変形になると、鋼材の腐食が激しい試験体ほどコンクリートの剥落などが顕著になり、荷重の低下の割合が大きくなる。 (4)鉄筋の応力度分布から鉄筋とコンクリートの間の付着力が求められるが、鉄筋が錆びていてもコンクリートにひび割れが生じない程度では付着力は低下しないが、腐食の激しい試験体ではかなり低下する。
研究概要：Experimental studies on deterioration of flexural behavior in reinforced concrete and steel reinforced concrete beams with corroded reinforcing bars and steels are presented in this paper. To examine the effects of corrosion, specimens were tested under concentrated cyclic load. As the experimental result in this studies, we obtained that flexural behavior in specimens with corroded reinforcing bars and steels deteriorated compared to ordinary specimens when deflection is larger.
