研究概要（和文）：Japan Adult Leukemia Study GroupのAML治療プロトコール（AML-97）の登録638症例について2001年版WHO分類を行った。171例(26.8%)が特異的染色体相互転座を伴うAML、133例(20.8%)が多血球系に異形成を伴うAML、上記以外のAMLが331例(51.9%)、そして急性混合性白血病が3例(0.5%)を占めていた。一方、2008年改訂WHO分類による診断では、染色体11q23異常（32例）の中でt(9;11)のみを取り上げているため9例と減少した以外は2001年版と大差はなかった。
研究概要（英文） : We diagnosed the patients registered with AML treatment protocol (AML-97) of Japan Adult Leukemia Study Group according to the WHO classification in 2001. 628 patients registered with the AML-97 protocol were diagnosed as AML with recurrent genetic abnormalities (171 patients; 26.8%), AML with multilineage dysplasia (133; 20.8%), AML not otherwise categorized (331; 51.9%) or acute leukemia of ambiguous lineage (3; 0.5%), respectively. These diagnoses were not so different from the diagnoses by the revised WHO classification in 2008, except that 32 patients having 11q23 abnormalities decreased to 9 patients because only t(9;11) was taken up in 2008.
