• Note (General): 科研費番号: 19590678; 2007年度～2009年度科学研究費補助金（基盤研究(Ｃ)）研究成果報告書; 研究概要（和文）：有機リン系農薬の分解物であるジアルキルフォスフェート（DAP）のキャピラリー電気泳動質量分析計（CE-MS）による定量分析法の開発を行い，実試料に応用した．CE-MSにより有機リン系代謝物のうち7種のDAPの定量分析が可能であった．全ての有機リン系農薬中毒患者で，予想されるDAPが検出された．さらにO,S-ジメチルチオフォスフェートというこれまでに報告のない新規の代謝物を検出した．DAPを定量することにより，摂取した有機リン系農薬のタイプや単独製剤と混合製剤の判別が可能で，ジメチルフォスフェート濃度と中毒症状の重さとの間に相関傾向をみいだすことができた．; 研究概要（英文） : We developed a determination method for the dialkylphosphates (DAPs), metabolites of organophosphate insecticides, using capillary electrophoresis / mass spectrometer (CE/MS) and applied this method to serum and urine collected from poisoned patients with organophosphate insecticide. The 7 DAPs were detected by CE-MS. In all of 29 caces of organophosphate insecticide poisoning, the expected DAPs were detected using this method. O,S-DMTP was also detected. The phosphate type and single or mix formulation of ingested organophosphate insecticide could be distinguished by determination of DAPs. There was a relation between DMP concentration in the serum and the degree of toxic symptoms.; 研究報告書
