研究概要（和文）：ラット脊髄虚血モデルを用い脊髄虚血後くも膜下腔に酸感受性イオンチャンネル阻害薬を投与し、その後の運動機能への影響を検討した。生理食塩水投与群(S群)では、全てのラットが虚血後から対麻痺となり72時間後まで継続した。一方、PCTX1 20μg投与群(P群)でも対麻痺が認められ、S群との間に差は見られなかった。ラット脊髄虚血後の運動機能障害に対し、酸感受性イオンチャンネル阻害薬は脊髄神経細胞保護効果を示さなかった。
研究概要（英文）：Recently, it is known that acid sensing ion channel (ASIC) in the central nervous system might be involved in the ischemic spinal cord injury. This study have shown whether the antagonist of ASIC could prevent the spinal cord ischemia in rats. Our data showed that, while IT morphine could induce irreversible paraplegia, Both PcTx and Flurbuprofen could prevent neurological function from morphine inducing paraplegia. Our data suggested that paraplegia after IT morphine might be involved into NO-guanylate cyclase.
