研究概要（和文）：医療専門職のチーム作業，特に多技能化を分析した本実証研究の主要な成果は，以下の3点に要約できる。第1に，人的資源管理（例えば，職務設計）が多技能化に対してポジティブに影響することが明らかになった。第2に，多技能化は個人的な成果（例えば，職務満足）に対してポジティブに影響することが明らかになった。第3に，組織的な成果（例えば，患者の回復度）が高いグループと低いグループを比較した場合，前者の方が多技能化の程度が高いことが示された。
研究概要（英文） : Teamworking in medical professionals, more specifically multiskilling among them, is investigated in this empirical research. Main findings are summarized in the three followed. The first, it is found that some elements of human resource management (for example, a job design) have a positive (encouraging) effect for multiskilling. The second, it is found that multiskilling has a positive effect on some elements of employee performance (for example, on job satisfaction). The third, it is found that the level of multiskilling in more ADL (Activities of Daily Living) improving groups is higher than the one in less improving groups.
