研究概要（和文）：高機能広汎性発達障害児に見られるファンタジーの没入現象について、その特性を明らかにした。第一に、高機能広汎性発達障害児のファンタジーは、対象児に固有なこだわり行動に起源を持つことが明らかになった。第二に、彼らのファンタジーは実体験の再現もしくはそれを基に再構成されたものであり、想像上の存在や架空の物語展開といった虚構性は極めて薄く、その点で定型発達児のファンタジーとは大きく異なることがわかった。
研究概要（英文）：This study examined absorption in fantasy observed in children with high functioning pervasive developmental disorders (HFPDD). First, it was found that fantasy of HFPDD was routine or repetitive behavior in origin. Second, their fantasy was almost re-creation or reproduction of experiences and therefore did not accompany the imaginative entities and/or the impossible story development. These characteristics of their fantasy were different from those of typically developing children.
