研究概要（和文）：マングローブ樹種の抗酸化活性、抗腫瘍活性、抗菌活性について検討した。\n各樹種の中で抗酸化活性の高いヤエヤマヒルギ樹皮メタノール抽出物から抗酸化物質として9\n種類のフラボノイド化合物を単離、同定しそのなかでglabrosideA がEGCｇと同程度の活性を\n示した。抗腫瘍活性はヤエヤマヒルギ樹皮メタノール抽出物中の酢酸エチル画分に見られ、マ\nウスの延命効果はないが、腫瘍のサイズや臓器への転移を抑制した。木材腐朽菌に対する抗菌活性はオヒルギ幹メタノール抽出物で最も高かった。
