A collection of ceremonial songs called Omoro, from various islands of Amami and Okinawa. Compiled by the Shuri Royal Government, it was completed between 1531 and 1623. In total there are 22 volumes, of 1554 Omoro recorded. In 1710 when it was edited, in order that it was passed on to the Sh? family and the Aniyake family, it was rewritten in two parts, the Shoke-bon (Sh? Family Book) and the Aniyake-hon. The Nakayoshi-hon is a copy of the Aniyake-hon that belonged to Nakayoshi Ch?jo.
