近年、地方活性化のために重要となる若年層の労働力を如何に確保するかが課題のひとつになっている。他方、若者の就業に対する価値観の変化や地域企業が提示可能な条件の変化のため、若者が都市部の企業を選択しがちな点が問題である。　本研究では、新卒者に対する企業の労働条件および若年層が受容可能な供給側の条件とのマッチングの条件を調査、それらの接点を検証した。結果として、若年層と企業において、入社動機の把握および人材への認識については差異が少なく、ミスマッチの要因の可能性は低いと推察された。　他方、労働環境（残業時間）や人材に対する給与面での考えに乖離があった。労働環境では、若年層に残業時間についての十分な説明がなされていない可能性があり、給与面では、企業側が一定の能力値を持つ人材により低い給与水準で労働することを期待する側面がみられた。これらの差異を解消するため、採用面接時における説明責任の徹底や、人材能力の把握とその対価に関する適正な給与水準への理解が必要と考えられる。
