団塊の世代が75歳を迎える2025年に向けて、在宅医療等の推進が進められている。「地域における医療及び介護の総合的な確保を推進するための関係法律（2014年法律第83号）により、保健師助産師看護師法（1948年法律第203号）の一部が改正され、看護師が、医師又は歯科医師の作成する手順書により、一定の診療の補助である特定行為を行う研修制度が施行された。本研究は、特定行為看護実践に関する看護師の認識を明らかにすることを目的とした。調査は2017年4月から7月で、N県内4施設で11名の訪問看護師を対象とした。研究デザインは、木下が提唱する修正版Grounded　Theory　Approach（M-GTA）を用いた。研究結果として、24個の概念と7個のカテゴリーが生成された。特定行為看護実践には、裁量の問題など【特定行為看護実践を阻む要因】があるが、看護師には【目指す看護師像】があり、【患者が本当に求めている看護の探求】をしながら【他職種との連携強化】に努め【救命のための努力】を行っている。さらに今後は【看護師の社会的地位の向上】が期待されているが、研修や法整備など、【設備・環境整備の重要性】を国や各施設が認識し改善していくことが重要である。
