本学の看護栄養学部の学生・卒業生を対象に、平成25年度から28年度までの5年間実施してきた、大学間共同教育推進事業『多職種協働による在宅がん医療・緩和ケアを担う専門人材育成事業（在宅医療・福祉コンソーシアム長崎）』の評価を行った。対象学生には独自に作成した無記名自記式質問紙調査を行い、看護学科223人分の結果を分析した。事業の認知度は、1年生は33％と低かったが、2年生以上は90％近くが認知していた。在宅医療・福祉コンソーシアム長崎が提供している講義や実習には全体で60％の学生が何らかの科目に参加し、参加学生の満足度は高かった。大学の基礎教育における地域医療や多職種連携・協働に関する教育の必要性について、対象学生は高く認識していた。今後、地域包括ケアの推進に向けて、大学のカリキュラムに、これらの教育内容を盛り込む工夫が必要と思われる。
