漁業に従事している長崎県民が健康的に過ごせる食習慣を身につけるための栄養教育と限られた条件下で体を動かすための支援とは何か,課題抽出をし,実生活での生活活動量の測定や体力の調査を通じて栄養教育の実施と健康支援に繋がるプログラムの提案を目的として,船内での食生活習慣について調査をした.漁業就業者の健康度を高めることは大切な課題といえる.対象者に「栄養と運動に関する健康講座」を実施後，船内での食生活習慣や健康状態・健康への考えを調査し,112 名の結果を統計解析した.対象者の平均年齢は48.2±12.9歳だった．対象者全体のBMI平均値は,24.9±3.5㎏/m2だった.船での食生活については概ね満足していた.対象者全体の喫煙習慣は62％だった.既往歴・現病歴がある人は喫煙をしておらず,船での食生活満足度に影響がみられた.主観的健康感は30歳代が最も高く,50歳代が最も低かった.健康講座では,参加者は食事だけでなく運動に強い興味があり,ストレッチをしたときに積極的に取組む人や質問をする人が多くみられた.
