ブロックチェーンは，中央集権的な信頼機関を設けずに各ノードが分散的に配置され，金銭や契約などのの取引を分散台帳に安全に記録管理する技術である．暗号通貨において実用化されている一方，ブロックチェーンには未評価な課題があり，その１つが「鍵管理」である．ブロックチェーンでは，公開鍵暗号が署名目的で用いられ，秘密鍵を用いて生成した署名付きの取引を，ブロックチェーンの各ノードが対応する公開鍵を用いて確認する．本報告書では，PKIによる鍵管理をブロックチェーンで用いる場合の課題を整理した．また，ブロックチェーンにおける鍵漏洩対策として提案されている方法を整理した．これらの整理により，以下の研究の方向性を導出した．1) 利用者を管理せずにPKIを実現する研究 2) 既存の漏洩対策の効果的な組み合わせを検討する研究 3) PKIにおける第三者認証機関を，分散システムに対応して，分散ノードの信頼度に置き換える研究 4) 追跡トークンの信頼性を確保する研究 5) 紛失して手元に鍵がなくなった場合の無効化方法の研究
