【目的・方法】本研究は、回復期リハビリテーション病棟看護師がEBPを促進するための取り組みと必要としている支援を明らかにした。データ収集は、看護師705名を対象に郵送法による質問紙調査とし、2021年6月～8月に実施した。看護師の属性（看護師経験年数、回復期リハビリテーション病棟経験年数、年齢、性別）、EBPのために取り組んでいること、EBPのために誰からどのような支援を望むかを問う自由回答式質問とした。分析方法は、看護師の属性は記述統計を、自由記述は内容分析を用いた。長崎県立大学一般研究倫理審査委員会の審査を受けて実施した（No435）。【研究結果】回収数168（回収率23.8％）、有効回答数94（13.3％）であった。回復期リハビリテーション病棟看護師がEBPを促進するために必要な支援は、【研究者や専門家によるエビデンスを掲載したリソースの整備】【専門家・他職種・上司からの知識提供の場の支援】【研修に行きやすい勤務調整や経済的支援を含めた職場環境の整備】【学習支援ツールや病院間で情報を共有できるICTシステムの構築】【エビデンスを踏まえた看護方針の明示】であることが明らかになった。
