本研究では「情報倫理」の概念を明確にし、看護情報を扱う専門職である看護職が自己の倫理観を内省し、倫理的配慮を実践できる内的規範を養うことを目的に、看護における情報倫理行動評価尺度を開発した。なお、令和3年度は、令和2年度に実施した概念分析の結果から作成した「看護における情報倫理行動評価尺度試案」の全国調査を実施し、信頼性と妥当性の検証を行うことを目的とした。看護情報倫理行動評価尺度36項目において項目分析を行った結果、各項目間とも0.7以上の相関は認められなかった。G-P分析の結果、項目10において、I-T相関では、項目１において有意差が認められなかった。以上より、2項目を除外した34項目を因子分析対象とし分析を行った結果、5因子31項目で解釈可能な最適解を得た。また、31項目のCronbach’s α係数は0.94であった。以上の結果から、「看護における情報倫理行動評価尺度試案」について十分な内定整合性が得られたと判断した。
