【研究内容】当初、5月頃に調査予定であったが、新型コロナウィルス感染症拡大下であり、6～7月に変更し、28名の女子学生を対象に生活習慣アンケート、食事摂取量調査（BDHQ）、体組成測定、握力測定、骨密度測定を行った。【研究成果】2019年のデータ（32人分）を合わせると、60人中、肥満が3人（5.0％）、やせが5人（8.3％）、プレサルコペニアが19人（31.6%）、正常BMIである54人のうち隠れ肥満が15人（27.8%）であった。やせの5人はすべてプレサルコペニアであった。運動習慣がある者は、小学生で49人（81.7％）、中学生で44人（73.3%）、高校生で33人（55.0%）、現在（大学生）では13人（21.7%）と年齢とともに少なくなっていた。また、今回調査した28人のうち20人が、大学進学により、実家から一人暮らしを始めており、大学進学と同時に運動習慣の低下、食習慣が変化することが明らかとなった）。
