大学生の健康リテラシ－は、年齢、性別、喫煙状況、学習年度、および学習分野等の社会人口学的特性の影響を受けることを指摘されているとともに、健康行動を修正する重要な要素であるともいわれている。青少年期は新しい健康行動が確立される時期であり、この行動は成人期まで続き、生涯を通じて健康と罹患率に影響を及ぼすことが明らかとなっている。そこで、本研究は、大学生のヘルスリテラシーを構成する要素を明らかにするとともに、ヘルスリテラシーに関係する因子を明確化することを目的とする。本研究は3年計画としており、初年度にあたる今期は、大学生のヘルスリテラシーについてのスコーピングレビューを実施した。フレームワークはP;Populationを看護学生、C;conceptをヘルスリテラシー、C;contextをヘルスリテラシーを構成する要素および評価尺度として、それに準じたキーワードを用いて検索した。データベース検索より特定された文献レコード数は1,345件であり、重複が除外された文献は703件であった。
