Note (General): An increase in the frequency of microwave used for the processing of material heating equipment by using a 300GHz gyrotron. This system were 300 GHz, 3.5kW, CW gyrotron with a cryogen free 12 T superconducting magnet. The oscillation experiment of the gyrotron was operated by the CW and the pulse operation. The result of power measurement with CW operation was about 1500W at the electron beam voltage at 12.5kV. The efficiency of the gyrotron was about 12%. The frequency of 299.2GHz `TE22.8) was obtained at the electron beam voltage between 10kV and 12.5kV
