Note (General): アルミニウムセカンダリーブトキシド溶液を用いたゾルーゲル法により有色廃ガラスカレットにアルミナ前駆体膜をコーティングした。アルミニウムセカンダリーブトキシド濃度に対する最適コーティング条件を検計した。 SEM観察からアルミナ前駆体膜は有色廃ガラスカレットに均一にコーティングされていた。アルミナ前駆体膜の厚さはアルミニウムセカンダリーブトキシド濃度と共に増加したが、アルミナ前駆体膜の剥離や亀裂が見られた。アルミナ前駆体膜でコーティングしたガラスカレットを用いてモルタルを作製した。モルタルの力学特性におけるコーティング効果を検討した。ガラスカレットをアルミナ前駆体膜でコーティングすることによりモルタルの曲げ強度は向上した。 Alumina precursor film was coated on the colored waste glass cullet by sol-gel method using aluminum secondary butoxide solution. The optimum coating concentration for the aluminum secondary butoxide solution was investigated. SEM observation showed that alumina precursor film was uniformly coated on the colored waste glass. The film thickness increased with increasing the concentration of aluminum secondary butoxide, but the peel and crack were observed in alumina precursor film at higher concentration of aluminum secondary butoxide. The mortar was produced using the colored waste glass coated by alumina precursor film. The effect of coating on the mechanical property of mortar was investigated. The alumina precursor coating on the colored waste glass offered superior bending strength to mortar obtained ftom original glass cullet.
