- 出版タイプ： NAPET/CT の出現や様々な治療装置・治療法の開発により、近年がん診療は大きく 変化しつつある。がん治療は早期発見・早期治療が重要とされ、早期に外科的切除することが完治のた めの最善の方策であるとされてきたが、放射線治療や抗がん剤の進歩により、がん治療の選択肢はこれ までになく広がりを見せている。ブドウ糖代謝を反映するFDG-PET は、がんの早期発見に役立つ有力 な検査法として近年速やかに普及しているが、治療法選択や治療効果判定には、がんの特異性を的確に 反映する分子プローブによる診断が最適である。ホルモン療法や分子標的薬剤の開発、高精度放射線治 療(IMRT)を適切に応用するため、腫瘍の特異性を的確に反映する薬剤の開発及び臨床応用が期待されて いる。本研究では、こうした腫瘍特異性の高い新たな分子プローブ開発と分子イメージング法の臨床応 用を目指した。福井大学平成22年度重点研究 「プロジェクト研究支援経費」
