Note (General): 本研究は、地域社会の文化芸術活動を積極的にサポートしたいと考える学生の実践的なマネジメント能力を育成するとともに、地域社会を土壌とした教員養成・教師教育プログラムを試行し、その有用性を検証しようとするものである。 2009年春より、本学美術担当教員らが組織運営の主体となっている「E&Cギャラリー」を利用して、学生が実社会との直接的な関わりをもてる教育システムを立ち上げ、展覧会の企画運営、広報、ニュースレター編集発行等の活動を中心とした実践的取組を続けている。また、教師の専門性の基盤となる資質能力は、必ずしも学生が在学中に習得できるものではなく、教職生活全体を通して向上できるものであるとの観点に立ち、2010年4月より定期的な美術教員研修会「アートセッション」をスタートさせた。
