Note (General): 本研究は,がん患者及び家族のQOL 向上への包括的支援システム構築のための基礎的データを蓄積することを目的としている。今回第三段階として,外来化学療法を受ける患者を支える家族の QOLと影響要因を,質問紙を用いて調査した。その結果,外来化学療法を受けている患者の家族のQOLは国民標準値に比べて全ての下位尺度で低かった。QOL 得点に影響した要因は以下の通りであった。対象個人の要因としては,年齢,性別,持病の数,情緒的サポートの有無,患者の要因としては,年齢,性別,腫瘍部位, 症状数,PSが影響していた。その他,役割の変化,情緒的サポート,医療者とのコミュニケーションが影響していたことが明らかとなった。対象施設および対象数を増やして調査を継続している。
