Note (General)：: 本研究では組成の異なるDLCとMo系潤滑油添加剤を含む潤滑油を用いてブロックオンリング摩擦摩耗試験を行った.X線光電子分光XPSによるしゅう動面の詳細な表面分析により,DLCとMo系潤滑油添加剤の組み合わせによる摩擦係数および摩耗形態の違いから,水素含有DLCの摩耗促進メカニズムを明らかにした.
