Note (General): 現在，多くの自治体が都市の評価を行う上で用いる指標は居住人口をベースにしたものであるため，昼間の賑わいを評価するには不十分であると考える．そこで本研究は携帯電話基地局データを用いて昼間における賑わいを時間帯別に把握し，鉄道駅の評価を行った．得られた知見は以下の３点である。第一に、モラン散布図を用いて，時間帯別の交流人口の特徴を明らかにした。第二に，モラン散布図によって算出された４つの象限（集積タイプ）は時間帯による変化は少ないことを明らかにした．最後に，集積タイプ別の累積回数による継続的な賑わいに着目することで，鉄道駅の評価を行い，今後の鉄道駅周辺の整備方針について提案した．At present, the indicators used by many local governments to evaluate cities are based on the resident population, so it is considered insufficient to evaluate the daytime bustle caused. Therefore, in this study, we grasped daytime bustle by time zone using mobile spatial statistics, and evaluated around the railway stations. The conclusion is the following three points. First, using the Moran scatter plot, we revealed the characteristics of the exchange population by time zone. Second, the four quadrants calculated by the Moran scatter plot (aggregated type) revealed little change over time.Finally, by focusing on the continuous bustle by the accumulated times for each aggregated type, we evaluated around the railway station and proposed the development policy around the railway station in the future.
