• Note (General): 本研究の目的は、東日本大震災７年後の災害公営住宅における心のケアボランティア活動から得られた看護学生の学びを明らかにすることである。対象はNPO法人主催の東北被災地ボランティアツアーに参加した学生12名、データ収集は質問紙法による自由記述方式の調査をボランティアツアー前とツアー中に実施した。分析は質的データ分析法であるSCAT（Steps for Cording and Theorization）を用いた。その結果、心のケアボランティア活動における学びには、［災害公営住宅の住民との関わりから得た学び］と［ボランティア活動の仲間との関りから得た学び］が認められ、その学びにより学生には［内面の変化・成長］がみられることがわかった。また、この３者には相互作用、相互促進がみられた。被災地視察により学生の震災と被災者への理解が深まり、心のケアボランティア活動の事前学習としての効果が確認された。; This study aimed to elucidate nursing students’ learnings from the experience of volunteer activity for mental health care at disaster recovery public housings, seven years after the Great East Japan Earthquake.The study targeted 12 nursing students who participated in the NPO volunteer tour for disaster-stricken areas in the Tohoku region. We collected data from a research survey using open-ended questions and analyzed the data using a qualitative data analysis method called Steps for Coding and Theorization（ SCAT）.The results indicated that learning aspects from the experience of volunteer activity for mental health care were“ Learning from the relationship with residents at disaster recovery public housings,”“ Learning from the relationship with other volunteer staff,” and “Inner change/growth.” Mutual interaction and enhancement were observed in these aspects. Furthermore, while the students could expand their understanding of the disaster and disaster victims by visiting the devastated areas, the study confirmed the significanceof prior learning regarding volunteer activity for mental health care.; 1
