Note (General): 目的は，多様な施設での小児看護学実習の調整と教育の実際を明らかにすることである。病院以外の施設実習では，一日の学生受け入れ人数を施設規模や利用状況に合わせて，少数の学生配置を調整する難しさがあった。実習調整の工夫としては，施設側との連絡方法や時間帯への配慮が必要であり，教育施設等は年度の前後には担当者変更に留意し，学生受け入れの継続について確認していた。調整者としては，保健・福祉の多職種との共通理解と尊重し合う関係性が重要であり，施設による学生の学びに差がでないように教員の指導や工夫が必要である。多様な施設における実習指導としては，短時間の実習への配慮，看護職以外の指導者との連携，学生の各施設の学びの統合が重要であった。
This study delves into the challenges surrounding the adjustment and education of pediatric nursing practice in various facilities. In non-hospital settings, accommodating a limited number of students on a daily basis posed difficulties due to factors such as facility size and usage status. To address these challenges, it is imperative to consider communication methods with the facilities and their time slots during practice adjustment. In educational facilities, coordinators diligently assessed whether they should continue to accept students, while being mindful of personnel-related changes before and after each fiscal year. The coordinators should have a common understanding and mutually respectful relationship with various health and welfare professions. Guidance and special care by instructors are necessary to ensure uniformity in students’ learning experiences across facilities. To facilitate effective practice guidance in diverse facilities, it is essential to consider short-term practice options, collaborate with instructors in non-nursing professions, and integrate students’ learning experiences at each facility.
