• Note (General): 若葉区，四街道市の認知症への支援の状況を語っていただき認知症とともに歩むまちづくりについて検討するシンポジウムを2023年３月18日に実施した。このシンポジウムを実施した意義や今後のヘルスケア実践研究センターの活動の方向性についてシンポジストの発言内容と事後アンケートを分析することから検討した。シンポジストは，認知症の家族，民生委員，地域包括支援センターの職員の４人である。事後アンケートの回答者は29人（回答率58％）であった。印象に残ったことで多かったのは介護者からの話であり，もっと認知症について理解を促進する活動が必要とした人が多かった。また，認知症への態度得点は他調査より高かったが，認知症に対して否定的な態度である方もいた。これらのことから，今後の活動の方向性としては当事者・家族の方の体験等により認知症についての啓発活動を大学以外でも関係機関と連携の下，継続実施していくことの必要性が示唆された。; A Symposium on Building Community with Dementia was held on March 18, 2023. Symposiasts from Wakaba-Ku and Yotsukaido City presented their activities and experiences in supporting people with dementia and discussed various challenges. The significance of organizing this symposium and the future direction of the activities of the Center for Health Care Practice and Research at Tokyo University of Information Sciences were examined by analyzing the remarks of the symposium’s presenters and the post-event survey. The four symposiasts were family members of a person with dementia, a welfare commissioner（civilian volunteer designated by the Minister of Health, Labour, and Welfare）, and staff members of Community General Support Centers, respectively. Twenty nine respondents（ 58% response rate） completed the post-event survey. Some of the most impactful stories were shared by the family member of a person with dementia, leading to a consensus that more activities were required to promote understanding about dementia. Although their scores on the attitude toward dementia in the post-event survey were higher than in other surveys, some respondents had negative attitudes toward dementia. These findings suggest the importance of continuous educational activities on dementia outside the university in collaboration with relevant authorities.; 7
