Note (General): 本研究の目的は，地域包括支援センターの介護支援専門員による，基本チェックリストを用いた利用者のアセスメントの現状を明らかにすることである。地域包括支援センターに従事する介護支援専門員10名を対象として，基本チェックリストの活用状況に関する半構造化インタビューを行った。基本チェックリストの活用についての語りを抽出し，KH Coder3. Beta. 03iを用いて共起ネットワーク分析を行った。10のサブグラフから６のカテゴリー【必要なサービスを選択するために基本チェックリストを使う】【生活に必要な内容を聞き取りアセスメントする】【高齢者の特徴を捉える】【一人ひとり違う思いを意識して関わる】【“地域との関わり”という視点を持つ】【認知機能・うつについて聞くのは難しい】に抽象化された。介護支援専門員は，基本チェックリストの活用に加え，生活背景や思いを汲み取る努力をしながらアセスメントしていた。一方，認知機能やうつに関して質問することへの困難感もあったため，客観的な視点でアセスメントできる他の指標の活用を加えるなどアセスメントを容易にする工夫が必要であることが示唆された。
The purpose of this study was to clarify the status of assessments by care managers who used the basic checklist at a community comprehensive support center. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 10 care managers working at a community comprehensive support center regarding their utilization of the checklist. Narratives about its use were extracted, and a co-occurrence network analysis was conducted using KH Coder3. Beta. 03i. Six categories from 10 subgraphs were identified:“ Using the basic checklist to select necessary services,”“ Listening to and assessing the contents necessary for daily life,”“ Capturing the characteristics of older adults,”“ Be aware of each person’s thoughts and feelings and get involved,”“ Have a perspective of‘ community involvement’,” and“ Difficult to ask about cognitive function and depression.” In addition to use of the basic checklist, care managers made efforts to understand their users’ life backgrounds and thoughts. Conversely, they had difficulty asking questions about cognitive function and depression, suggesting the need to devise ways to facilitate comprehensive assessments, such as adding the use of other indicators that allow assessment from an objective viewpoint.
