Note (General): 将来の波長多重光インターコネクトにおいて，温度無依存の波長可変光源がキーデバイスとなる．本研究では，熱応力・静電力駆動のマイクロマシン反射鏡を面発光レーザに集積し，熱駆動により波長ドリフトを補償し温度無依存化を行うと同時に，静電力駆動によって波長を掃引する新しい面発光レーザの実現に取り組んだ．動作特性を解析により明らかにすると共に，加工プロセスを確立し素子を製作した．その結果，温度係数を通常の1/10程度に抑制しながら，約10nmの連続波長可変動作を実現した．また，通常の1/5以下の温度係数，2.5nmの波長間隔の多波長アレイを実験的に示した．更に，スローライトSOAとの集積構造を用いた10mWクラスの単一モード出力を有する高出力波長可変光源，300を超える解像点数を有するオンチップビームスキャナの提案と解析を行った．
