• Note (General): 本稿の目的は、教職課程における効果的なキャリア教育・職業教育制度を構築するために、大学生の職業選択と教職志望動機を調査することである。大学生を対象に、職業選択に関する考え、進路に関する考え、教職志望動機について質問紙調査を実施した。 その結果、職業選択においては生きがいを重視していること、教職につきたいものの教育関係の職業でもよいとする学生が多いこと、教職志望動機については部活動に関わりたい、専門的な知識・技術を活かしたいとの回答が多かった。; The purpose of this paper is to examine how university students decide on jobs andwhat motivate them to take teacher training courses, so that we can use that knowledge toestablish effective career and vocational education systems at teacher training courses. A set of questionnaire was prepared and given to university students to investigate whatthey look for in jobs, what they think of career decisions, and what motivate them to take teacher training courses.The result of this questionnaire shows that they think that jobs are important reasonsfor living, although they are willing to teach at schools, however, many of them are nterestedin teaching except schools, and many of their reasons to take teacher training courses are that they want to participate in school club activities or they hope to make use of their specialized knowledge and skills.; 2; KJ00007242879; 報告; Report
