- デザイン学部長特別研究費接続できる社会とデザイン従来の都市公園づくりは、行政主導で、役所から依託されたコンサルタントが計画・設計を行うことが一般的であった。しかし、最近では、市民が参加した計画案作成の重要性が指摘されている。 そして、現在、浜松市でも、東地区土地区画整備事業の一環として、本大学に隣接している野口公園が、計画・建設予定である。 そこで、東地区の一員でもある教官や学生から成る本大学関係者、周辺地区住民、浜松市民等で構成されたメンバーによるワークショップを開催し、住民主導の野口公園案の作成を試みた。このことは、浜松市において今後期待される住民主体のまちづくりの視点からも意義深いことである。同時に、この様な試みは、学生にも実務経験を積ませる上で効果的である。また、ワークショップ開催は、市民に開かれた大学を標榜している本学の開学精神にも合致していると考えられる。identifier:16-デ-6
