日常と非日常
農耕社会を背景とする韓国の伝統的食生活は、医食同源(韓国では「薬食同源」と呼ぶ)の考え方に基づいており、今日でも強く生かされている。同時に、韓国における食生活の伝統は日常食だけで完結するものではなく、非日常の儀礼食を組み合わせることによって、全体的な栄養バランスをとってきた。しかし今日では、伝統的な食生活に大きな変化が見られる。本研究では韓国の農漁村地域を対象に、食生活の変化を医食同源思想がどのように変容しているかについて実証的研究を行い、韓国の食文化における日常と非日常の連続性とその乖離現象について明らかにすることを目的とする。
