企業や文献調査によりハード・ソフト・サービス融合型デザイン開発の成功3類型を抽出することによって戦略的デザインマネジメントとしてのユーザーインヴォルブメント型デザイン開発の有効性を確認すると同時に企業内デザイン部門の活動の定量化による指標分析を行い統合型デザインマネジメントとコラボレーション型のデザインマネジメントの手法に集約し、戦略的デザインマネジメント手法の論理化を行った。
The effectiveness of user involvement type design development as a strategic design management was confirmed by extracting 3 successful types of hardware, software and service-integrated-type design development through investigations. Index analysis by quantification of the design activities in several companies was conducted; logic for the strategic design management was clarified by focusing on the methodology of integrated design management and collaboration design management.
