- 出版タイプ： NA文化・芸術研究センター長特別研究費UDに関わる研究・開発ならびに情報発信を行い、特に地域におけるUDの推進に寄与する。本学教員の持てる能力を総合的に組み合わせることで社会からの要請に応えることができることから、課題に対して積極的に提言を行う。今では多くの日本人がUDという言葉を知っている。これは政府や自治体が努力しているからであるが、同時に教育においても教える試みがなされている。本学ではUDが教育理念の一つとなっているが、それ以前の教育段階でも最近はUDを教えるようになってきている。その早い例は古瀬敏が小学校6年生の国語教科書に提供した教材であるが、それを教わった効果はどの程度あるのだろうか、これを他の教科書を利用した子どもたちと比べて比較検討する調査を続けて実施した。その結果、自治体がUDを標榜していても、なかなか伝わらない場合があることが判明した。また、中学校において車いすからみたまち、あるいは視覚障害者の視点を取り上げた教材が別の教科書会社で用いられており、それらがUDとして記載されているため、UDの概念が障害に強く結びつけられている気味がありそうなこと、がわかった。この辺の関係について、もう少し検討が必要であろう。利用教科書によるUD理解の違いについて、さらに追加調査を行っており、もう少し詳しい事情を把握する。さらに、さまざまな場所でのUD実践情報を入手することで、今後の展開に反映できるようにしたい。identifier:25-21
