本研究では、特にタイを中心に日本企業のCSR活動を調査し、現地に適応したCSR活動の展開には、複数の国際機関やNGO、大学との連携が必要であること、日本企業の海外でのCSR活動は、現地企業や他の外資系企業との差別化が課題となっていることを明らかにした。また、海外企業のCSR活動の調査からは、自国の専門性の高いNPO/NGO等との強いパートナーシップが活動を支えており、戦略的CSR活動には、本国内のNPO等の高い専門性とこれら組織との関係構築が必要であることがわかった。
This study focused on CSR activities of Japanese companies in Thailand, and clarified effective CSR activities in overseas need the partnership with NPO such as international organizations, NGO and universities. In addition, Japanese companies in Thailand face a challenge of differentiated CSR activities from other overseas companies and Thai companies. From the survey of European companies’ CSR activities, strong partnership with NPOs in one’s country and their expertise support strategic CSR activities in overseas.
