- 70634575静岡文化芸術大学本研究は、江戸期以前から存続する老舗企業（超長寿企業）の理論的・実証的研究である。尚、ここで用いる「超長寿企業」は、先行研究の「長寿企業」と比較する意味合いがある。その具体的な研究目的は、①創業から400年以上経過した江戸期、明治維新、世界大戦等を乗り越えてきた我が国の超長寿企業全251社への定量調査およびフィールド調査（史資料調査、インタビュー）を行う。②フィールドワークを通じた精度の高い調査を近年の組織文化論の議論に基づいて行うことで、通説とは異なる老舗企業の存続と衰退のメカニズムを明らかにする。③その結果、老舗企業研究、同族企業研究の通説に対して新たなオルタナティブを提起することにある。23H00849
