Note (General): The Information Strategy course (IS course) was introduced in the year 2001 as one of the 3 courses in the newly constructed School of Network and Information. One of the roles of the IS course was to carry on some of the traditional education in the department of Information and Management in the School of Business Administration. The education of the IS course was again took over to the 3 programs in the new curriculum introduced in the year 2009. This paper describes a short history of the education in the IS course.
