本稿では，超小型な低速車両（Slow Vehicle; SV）の普及・社会定着に必要な要件の一つとして挙げられる「SVが安全かつスムーズに走行できる環境の実現」に向けて，SVの走行実績からそれらの知見を獲得するためのツールとして「SVプローブデータの収集・解析基盤」を構築している．構築したSVプローブデータ収集基盤の属性情報登録では，パーソントリップ調査で一般的に用いられる9項目，移動情報収集では，緯度経度・タイムスタンプ，トリップ特性に関する5項目の他，出発地付近の各種気象データを取得している．SVプローブデータ解析基盤では，「収集した緯度経度情報に対して，逆ジオコーティングによって住所情報に変換した後，1トリップ内で通行した道路種別の比率を算出し，解析を行っている．また，SVプローブデータの収集・解析例として，OD（origin-destination）指定時における交通モードと通行道路種の関係などから，SVの走行実績からSVが安全かつスムーズに走行できる環境の実現に資する知見を獲得するためのツールとしての利用可能性を示唆している．This paper describes the slow vehicle (SV) probe data collection and analysis platform that is a tool for obtaining knowledge in order to realize environments that SVs can move safely and smoothly. The SV probe data collection platform consists of attribute information registration and travel information collection. The former collects nine items generally used in a person trip survey and the latter collects location, timestamp, trip, and weather information. The SV probe data analysis platform firstly transforms a point location (latitude, longitude) information to an address or place name. After that, the platform calculates ratios of road type passed in a trip. This paper suggests availability of the SV probe data collection and analysis platform through SV probe data collection and analysis examples.
