Note (General): 新興国企業の海外M&Aという現象について、ポストM&Aのマネジメントに関する研究はまだすくない。この課題について、本稿では、レノボが海外で行われる一連のM&Aの成功事例を題材として、その背景とポストM&A段階での資源配置を記述し、考察を試みた。そして、新興国企業が海外M&Aを行い、ポストM&A段階では、価値創造するために、独立性の維持と統合による効率性（シナジー効果）を両立するハイブリッド経営手法を論じた。
About the phenomenon of overseas M&A made by emerging market firms, research on the management of post- M&A phase is still limited. To address this problem, in this study, we examined a serial successful overseas M&A cases made by Lenovo, including their background and the resource allocation in the post-M&A phase. In conclusion, in order to create value through overseas M&A , emerging market firms can apply a hybrid management practice, which can solve the dilemma between autonomy and integration.
