- 出版タイプ： NAtype:Working Paper雄性両性異株は希な性表現で雄株と両性花株から構成される性型である。この性型の進化・維持要因として提唱されている雄株の高い繁殖成功についての検証を行った。材料としてマルバアオダモ(モクセイ科)を用い、雄株と両性株の花粉発芽率・花粉管伸長の比較、両性型花粉の混合受粉実験によって結実した種子のDNAマーカーによる父系解析を行った。その結果、雄株花粉由来の種子が多く産出されており、これは雄株の花粉の高い発芽率が関与していることが判明した。これらから雄株は高い繁殖成功を示すことが明らかになった。
