本研究では、EUの統合やグローバル化にともない、社会の多様性が増しているヨーロッパにおいて、国境を越えて活発な議論や実践が模索されている「シティズンシップ教育」に焦点をあわせ、欧州評議会やEUなどの超国家機関の「シティズンシップ教育」の構想を明らかにするとともに、それが各国で取り組まれている「シティズンシップ教育」にとのような影響を及ぼしているのかを、ドイツとオーストリアの事例から検証した。
As globalization and development of EU increases, the mobility of people and diversity also increase. This leads to the discussion of citizenship education not only in European countries but also by the international institutes such as Council of Europe and EU. The aim of this research is to figure out the citizenship education and educational policies promoted by EU and the council of Europe and to analyze the influence of these two transnational institutions upon citizenship education in ermany and Austria.
