- 出版タイプ： NAtype:Working Paper本研究では、外国人児童生徒教育を効果的に実施するための方法を、教員個人の指導力向上と、学校組織としての指導力向上の2つの観点から検討した。その結果、次のような成果を得た。・外国人児童生徒教育に携わる教員が必要とする指導力とその形成過程を明らかにした。・指導力形成過程を踏まえて、現職教員対象の研修教材の開発を行った。・外国人児童生徒教育の効果的な指導体制づくりの方法を、授業改善をテーマとする校内研修を手がかりにして明らかにした。From the perspective of the teacher's each teaching skills and of the organizational skills, the study examined how we can work effectively in education for foreign students who need to learn Japanese. Through the examination, I got following three results. ・I cleared up the contents of teacher's teaching skills needed for supporting foreign students. And I cleared up the process in which teachers acquire those skills. ・Based on the research results, I developed teaching materials for teacher training. ・I explained the way of constructing the effective teaching system for education for foreign students by using teacher training about lesson improvement at school.
