本研究は、乳幼児ズボンのゴム紐による腹部圧迫について実験的に解明する事を目的とした。市販ズボンのウエスト部は織りゴム1本で構成されているものが多く、実験用ボディでの衣服圧の平均は2.88kPaであった。市販ゴム紐の伸長力は、中に含まれる糸ゴムの総面積との間に正の直線関係がみられ、更に、伸長力より衣服圧が予測できることがわかった。衣服圧測定時の乳幼児特有の問題点としては、容易にずり下がりが発生する点や圧感覚の客観的評価の必要性が抽出された。
In this study, I investigated the clothing pressure of waistline of infants' trousers.Many infants' trousers waist consists of one woven elastic, and the average of the clothing pressure by the dummy was 2.88kPa.In the case of the commercial elastic bands, it is found that correlation between the total area of rubber threads and the tensile forces shown as linear function. In addition, the clothing pressure can be estimated by the tensile forces. It was found that the particular problems for the clothing pressure measurement of the infant are the slipping down of trousers, and the objective assessment of the compressive sensation.
