学校危機後の学級介入支援の実践研究では、教職員対象の心理教育研修の実施、校内にメンタルサポート・コーディネーターを設置することにより、事件の影響のある生徒の生活、学習面への支援をすすめた。生活環境、友人関係、放課後の活動の安全性を質問紙調査で確認した。一連の学級介入の中・長期的支援の実践から得られた知見をもとに、学校危機時に利用可能な心理教育資料を作成し、東日本大震災後の学校で対応に活用できるように、ホームページに掲載した。
In this study, we examined the interventional support to the classrooms after the school crisis. Providing the psychology education training for the school staff was essential. Secondly, installing a mental support ccordinator in the campus was quite effective for the adjustment of students affected by the incident. The result of survey showed the safe school environment and the good relationships among students. Last, based on experiences from the mid and long term support, we made the several psycho uducational materials for the use of other school crisis as well as the schools affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake.
