Note (General): 精神障害者の地域生活を支える支援,とりわけサービス利用者と援助者との間でおこなわれる共同意思決定のプロセスについて,スウェーデンの専門職であるパーソナル・オンブズマンの制度と役割を整理し,その機能を日本で展開する可能性について,相談支援専門員を対象にした調査をもとに考察した。両国とも利用者の主観的ニーズと自己決定を最大限尊重しようとする援助者の姿勢は共通であるが,利用者の自己決定を支えるセーフティネットの広がりには違いがある。|We overviewed the system and function of personal ombudsmen in Sweden, regarding their support for the people with psychiatric problems, especially the process of collaborative decision-making between them. After that, we discussed if it would be possible to develop their functions in Japan, by interviewing to consultation support workers in Japan. We found a similarity in attitudes of respect their clients' subjective needs and self decision-making. And we discussed that it was different in variety of safety-net for the clients.
